Dr Chris Gleeson is an experienced veterinarian who feels passionate about providing a caring approach to working with animals and ensuring his clients feel comfortable with their care.
Chris graduated in 2002 from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Bachelor of Science.
His first job after graduating involved a large number of house calls. During this time he recognised significant benefits to both clients and patients by providing convenience and also by reducing anxiety associated with visiting a clinic.
After working in Melbourne for 18 months he and Natasha travelled to the UK and worked extensively throughout London and England for over two years.
Since returning Chris has gained further experience working in small animal practices in Melbourne, including the Lort Smith Animal Hospital in North Melbourne where Chris has gained much experience in medical and surgical cases.
Natasha and Chris live locally with Hermione — their 3 legged Torti, Mitch — the Jack-Russell terrier, and their 3 children.
Dr Chris has undertaken further study in the areas of Small Animal Dermatology (skin disease) and Ultrasonography. He has also undertaken a course in the UK in animal hydrotherapy and rehabilitation.
